Manny Pacquiao vs. Joshua Clottey: N.Y. Presscon

Now it's already set for March 13, 2010 MegaFight between Manny Pacquiao and Joshua Clottey in Dallas, Texas. Both fighters meet each other for their most anticipated fight of the year. This promised to be a great fight in Welterweight. They have been showing confidence in this fight as no 1 of them tend to back out for this historic fight in the Welterweight division.

Here are some of the quotes from the event...

Manny Pacquiao: “They (Mayweather Camp and GBP) ruined my reputation and hurt my accomplishment and good name in boxing”

- They are just afraid of you Manny. Let them taste our dinuguan native..hehehehe.

“I never done steroids in my life, never in my entire boxing career. All I know is to train
hard, fight hard and my believed that God.”

- We believed in you Manny...you have a god given strenght..its a gift..don't let anyone ruin that.

“I’m not disappointed about the fight (with Mayweather Jr.) not happening because I’m
not the one who doesn’t want the fight to happen.”

- Mayweather is not the fighter out there...Clottey deserve to be given a chance to fight you. Mayweather is coward...what he just do in the ring is ...just running baby....run barbie run...

“I think Mayweather should learn how to be humble, he thinks he’s the smartest guy out
there.”

- He's not the smartest guy......because he don't want to fight you....if he is smart he should fight you and prove to the world that he can fight but he can't win against you.

“Mayweather knew that if he is going to fight me, he’s going to lose that undeafeated
record.”

- Hands down...Bravo Manny you are right...

Bob Arum: “For Mayweather Jr. to fight Pacquaio in the future, he must follow and obey the rules of the State Commission and not set-up his own rules in boxing.”

“We must follow the democratic process in boxing, the State Comission should still be the
standard rule to follow and not any boxers or promoters setting a new rule each fight because that would cause absolute chaos in boxing.”

“I’m not in favor of blood drawing before the fight because you have to do the drawing in
sanitized environment or facility because of the increased risk of infection.”

- Blood is not an issue, it is an issue of 'Why Floyd Jr. has so many demands" he said once before...'I'll fight anybody, anytime, anywhere..." whatever....don't lie to me.

“Manny Pacquiao refused to be bullied just like the Filipino Guerilla Resistance refusing to be bullied by Japanese Imperial Forces in World War II”

Freddie Roach: “14 days before the fight is our toughest sparring session and taking blood is not good for training.”

“The steroids for Manny Pacquaio is his faith in God.”

- God knows the best for Manny and Floyd is not the best for Manny. He is a Trash.

“Shane will go for the knockout against Floyd, he will look for knockout all the way to 12
rounds and find a way for a kill. Floyd can’t hurt Shane.”

- Another boring fight...expect the fastest man run against Shane.

Bert Sugar, ESPN Classic commentator: “I believed that Teddy Atlas has a source but that source is wrong.”

Joshua Clottey: “I thank Manny and Freddie for giving me this big opportunity.”

- You deserved to be in your position now. Be part of Manny success..Goodluck Amigo.

Manny Pacquiao ready to rumble against Joshua Clottey!

"I'm ready to Move On." that's what Manny "PacMan" Pacquiao after a disappointing turnaround of event against 'Floyd "Pretty Boy" Mayweather Jr.'. Manny will now be flying in L.A. for a 7 week of training in the Wild Card Gym owned by the renowned boxing coach and his master Freddie Roach.

Both Fighters (Pacquiao and Clottey) believed individually that they can deck each other come fight night. Clottey shown so much confident as he believed that Manny is just a little boy in boxing that have never been fought a real dangerous fighter a real black fighter who can stay on his front and eat his punches and have some powerful counters on his own.

With few boxing fans giving him much of a chance, Joshua Clottey considered that as a motivation factor and a weapon to bring upon facing Manny Pacquiao come March 11, 2010 in Dallas Staduim. former IBF welterweight champion Joshua Clottey remains very confident that he has all the tools to beat Pacquiao and prove to the world that he is the real king in Welterweight division. In article at Boxing Talk, Clottey says “I have a lot of things to beat Manny Pacquiao. I have my defense in there and I’m a strong welterweight. He’s [Pacquiao] fighting one of the best out there and I think I have enough to beat him.”

Very confident indeed, as he has his big opportunity in his boxing career and have a chance to get what he wants the 'Respect' and long overdue 'Championship Built' that he has been longing for.

Pacquiao on his part, he doesn't take Clottey lightly as he give Cotto a hard time when they both fought prior to Pacquiao-Cotto fight. He see's on Clottey that Cotto doesn't have, and that is the determination, durability and the heart of a dangerous fighter. Manny is not taking for granted about this fight as he will prepare himself for a explosive encounter against the fighter from Ghana 'Joshua Clottey'.

However, Pacquiao many have been thought about this fight, that Manny will simply overwhelmed his opponent as what he had done to his previous opponents. At first people tend to be in doubt about Manny's chances of winning the fight, but eventually they are losing their bet on it. Manny has been proven all over and over again that he is the King of Boxing.

Clottey vs. Pacquiao dubbed as 'The Event' will not be a boring fight, but it could be a real 'WAR' inside the ring.

Pick your bet.

Pacman in 8.

Manny Pacquiao vs. Joshua Clottey: It's Final

Now that the most anticipated bouts of the year Pacquiao vs. Mayweather fight that everybody wanted to see is finally dead, it’s time to get down to some real business.

Although, both camps are blaming each other as to who really made this dream match a nightmare for the world boxing. Really, boxing fans has to say for each camp. But most of what I have heard, they are blaming the camp of Floyd Mayweather Jr. on displaying a coward act in boxing. Gladly to say its the first time of the history of boxing.

Just kidding. I think we’ve all had enough of that dissatisfaction for a while.

Well, the opponents have changed but the game remains very the same—and the name of the game is: Whose jaw is Manny Pacquiao gonna break next?

And our next in line for jaw breaking fighter is…Joshua Clottey!

Hmmm...you might think I'm serious here, but actually this is really a big possibility because what Manny's will do in this fight to deliver his force of nature in Clottey because of his color a black fighter who reminds him a fighter name Floyd who dance away for a megafight of boxing history. But that is one of the best decision of Floyd also, keep demanding until Manny will let go of the fight , instead of fighting Manny and at the end of the day he will never notice his face when he faces the mirror. Because he will never be the same again. haahahahahaha...

Am I look serious? hmmm...yes I am...Though people would not believe it that Manny will break the jaw of Clottey. Because of his reputation as the most solid fighter coming into this fight at 147Ibs. But are you still have a doubt on our very own Manny? many have been criticizing prior to his previous big fights but still he's been continuing proving to the world that he is indeed the King of the Ring by docking big names, future hall of fame boxers.

But to be fair to you guyz..lets look at Clottey strenght and professional record.

The 33-year-old Clottey has a record of 35-3 with 20 KOs. He is a tough, physical pressure fighter who stalks his opponents behind a tight, high-handed defense.

He is a quick-fisted, accurate counterpuncher with an excellent left hook. And he has a good jab when he decides to use it.

His most recent fight was in June against Miguel Cotto. He lost a split-decision in a fight in which many thought he was punked by the judges. Though, many believes he won that fight impressively.

So indeed, this is a good fight for Manny Pacquiao and we will be witnessing the most crucial and for me the most dangerous fight of Manny of his entire fighting career. A black fighter with a heart of a lion and very hungry for the fame that has never been given recognition.

This would be Manny first legitimate fight in 147Ibs. and first legitimate fight of a Black Fighter with a solid track record in the ring.

Better prepared for this great battle, this is more better that the supposed Floyd Mayweather Jr. fight...that is boring and non entertaining...

Peace Bro.

Now it's Manny Pacquiao vs. Joshua Clottey on March 13!

On March 13, 2010, it is going to be Manny Pacquiao and Joshua Clottey will collide in the boxing ring for the WBC Welterweight Crown and not the coward Floyd Mayweather. It's the opening talk in the line for the March 13 mega fight between these two real warriors in today's boxing generation. With a little surprise by some boxing experts but it's relatively , equally a great fight of the year 2010 that everybody will watch for. This fight would be much more interesting and exciting than the Pacquiao-Cotto fight.

Joshua Clottey, undoubtedly the bigger fighter coming in for this fight and as a natural welterweight he never been got knockdown by anybody on his division. The fighter from Ghana is definitely the most dangerous like a Warrior Panther in the planet that the King of the Boxing ring will ever face this March 13 at the Dallas Cowboy Stadium in Texas. (Wish I could be there...)

Ranked No. 7 in the very competitive Welterweight division based on Boxrec.com, Joshua Clottey (35 wins inclusive of 20 knockouts, 3 losses), who lost a controversial split decision to Miquel Cotto whom Pacquiao won by stoppage in the eleventh last November, has really nothing to lose if ever he fails to win over Manny Pacquiao. Many believed that he won that fight against Miguel Cotto. It's very evident that he can take the punches as he never fall to anybody even Miguel Cotto who feel the power of Clottey in the later rounds of their fight. He just deserved to have this dream for every legitimate champions to fight with the Pound-for-Pound King in the world Manny Pacquiao. Now it's time for him to prove to the world that he is an elite fighter that can fight and beat anybody on his division even the Pound for Pound King in Boxing Manny Pacquiao.

Manny Pacquiao, a little bit frustrated that he won't be able to face the badmouthing Floyd to the supposed fight on March 13 this year because of some demands from the coward camp in boxing. As Top Rank get off from the megafight and eventually for the best fighter able to fight the King, Manny is not regretting of facing somebody who is true to his worth and has been continuing proving to the boxing world that he is one of the best of the division. Manny will be facing the real black fighter, a fighter who is determined and bound to shocked the World that he overwhelmed Manny with a Victory this March 13, 2010. This would be a gauge of how Manny can deliver solid blows to a solid fighter like Clottey.

While Manny Pacquiao vs. Joshua Clottey pits a prize-fighter in the "Pacman" who still has the flexibility to make the junior welterweight limit against "The Warrior Panther" Joshua Clottey who struggles heavily to make the 147 pound weight category, the perceived "smaller" man will undoubtedly see most of the betting action up until the initial bell. While this fight would have been laughable had it been mentioned several years ago, the Filipino Boxing Her Manny Pacquiao has proven his all-time great status in doing in what was perceived as the impossible by dethroning and humiliating Oscar "Golden Boy" De la Hoya, Ricky "The Hitman" Hatton, and most recently Miguel Cotto of Puerto Rico.

Now indeed, we now waiting for the most anticipated match of Pacman last fight? I hope this would not be the last..I know everyone are still hoping that the Pacquiao-Mayweather will still push through after the year ends.......

What can you say Bro....
